Tanzania Trip -- Wednesday, July 25, 2012

Day 19. Wednesday, July 25. Arusha, TZ, to Dar es Salaam, TZ. Day 12 in Tanzania. Traveled about 11 hours from Arusha to Dar es Salaam by private vehicle. Dropped Lydia off at Moshi Airport for her flight home to SW Tanzania. Cathy and I stay in hotel near waterfront. Long day, but I did see a few good birds along the way, including Green Wood-Hoopoe, House Crow, several Black-headed Herons, and a black stork, plus we saw two troops of vervet monkeys (Chlorocebus pygerythrus).
